Please make sure you bin is clearly numbered - we sell numbers if needed, saves someone getting a free clean and yours left dirty!!!
Just a heads-up — when you book, you're selecting a day for our service, not a specific time slot.
We ask that you book for around the time when your bins are usually emptied. This helps us plan our routes more effectively.
Currently we are only able to clean household wheelie bins. We primarily work on the standard 240L bins,
please contact us if you have a larger 340L bin as we may have options.
We cover a large area, and while we aim to stick to a smooth schedule, things don’t always go perfectly — so timing can vary.
As explained on our ‘What We Offer’ page, we plan our route the evening before to ensure we reach everyone in the most efficient way possible. Because of this, we may arrive at a different time than you expect.
